Brent Beard – CEO

Brent Beard is a seasoned entrepreneur and chief executive with more than 37 years of experience building, restructuring, and scaling businesses. Over his career, he has led nine successful corporate turnarounds, converting underperforming organizations into disciplined, profitable enterprises through decisive leadership, operational rigor, and uncompromising accountability.

Brent brings a rare blend of executive strategy and hands-on execution. He has assembled and led high-performance leadership teams, optimized complex operations, and driven sustained growth across manufacturing, product development, security services, private military contracting, investment, and real estate. As a trained, and seasoned Operating Engineer, over the course of 30 plus years he has personally designed and manufactured hundreds of products, many of which have been on major infrastructure and have been used in critical building developments. Others have achieved national retail distribution.

In real estate, Brent specializes in asset repositioning, operational improvement, and strategic development, with a relentless focus on value creation, risk control, and cost discipline. A lifelong learner and disciplined operator, he continues to sharpen his expertise through MIT OpenCourseWare and ongoing industry-specific research.

Beyond business, Brent brings more than five decades of martial arts experience and a deep commitment to mentorship. He applies discipline-based training principles to support and empower veterans, reinforcing resilience, and will power.

Rachel Adkins – Vice President, Administration & Compliance

Rachel oversees administrative governance and compliance, ensuring the firm’s investment and acquisition activities are supported by strong internal controls, and administrative support.

Julia Sterns – Senior Executive

Julia provides deep expertise in analytics, risk architecture, and strategic planning. Her work enhances long-term growth modeling and firm-wide decision frameworks.


Timothy Miller – Senior Counsel

Timothy directs the firm’s legal strategy, managing regulatory compliance, contract structuring, and risk mitigation to support sustainable, well-governed growth.
